If you are a subcontractor and would like to work with us, we ask that you first do the following:
1. Print our Subcontractor Prequalification Form. Once completed, please submit it to the Spain Commercial, Inc. office.

2. We require that all of our Subcontractors have a current Certificate of Insurance that shows both Business Liability Insurance coverage and Worker’s Compensation Insurance coverage.
