If you want to change the way you think about church, think about Waters Edge Church in Yorktown, Virginia. Waters Edge Church is one church available in multiple locations offering identical environments. Spain Commercial, Inc. was honored to construct the Yorktown, Virginia location, which from the building itself to the way the congregation worships, isn’t what’s expected. The industrial looking building, visible proudly from J. Clyde Morris Boulevard, a main Peninsula thoroughfare, features music that is loud, a message that is bold and love for kids and students. They do whatever it takes to connect people to God. And we were honored to build the space for them to do it in. We were welcomed with open arms into their community. We know you would be, too.

“All three of our Waters Edge Campuses are Spain Projects. Spain was our choice for our first initial building in 2009 in Yorktown. We renovated an abandoned movie theatre in Hampton with Spain in 2011 and a big box retail space in Newport News in 2012. Then we did a massive addition and remodel in Yorktown in 2015. (With Spain) you get the knowledge, experience, and expertise of a large commercial firm with the personal touch of a small, family owned business.” -Stu Hodges, Lead Pastor of Waters Edge Church
