In 2016, Spain Commercial Inc. Owner Steve Spain developed a new office-warehouse flex space in York County, Virginia’s York River Commerce Park. The 18,000-square-foot building offers a type of space that was previously hard to find, helping several existing businesses grow and attracting many new businesses to the county. The York County Office of Economic Development and the York Economic Development Authority recognized Spain in 2017 for the significant investment it was making in the county.
