Originally slated for development and occupation by two national coffee and breakfast chains, Spain Commercial, Inc. ultimately retained control of the building and embarked on a vision to start a Christian coffee shop with a community focus. In addition to organic fair trade coffee, Tuscany’s Coffee House proudly served mouth-watering sandwich and breakfast items, homemade desserts, and delicious specialty drinks. The Italy-themed space was designed and furnished for maximum comfort and a relaxing atmosphere, complete with leather sofas and chairs, a fireplace and large-screen television. The building has weathered the test of time, and while Tuscany’s Coffee Shop is no longer there, a new business has moved in and is thriving.
